Psychological Safety as a catalyst for Knowledge Sharing

Abstract The power of knowledge has become one the main pillars on which can rely in a world governed by unpredictability and constant change. process sharing requires trust climate voluntarily choose to exchange information, values, beliefs, making Psychological Safety (PS) shelter consider under current hypercompetitive environment, allowing individuals freely speak up take risks. present paper brings into attention creativity, trust, innovation, transformational leadership as significant PS, highlighting bilateral relation between them conjunction with its effect Knowledge Sharing. Using qualitative methodology through bibliometric research VOSviewer, 759 publications were taken account design statistical bibliography map created 304 keywords. results indicates positive PS process, is being mediated leadership.
